I stayed for 10 days on a business trip and found this hotel to be a perfect base. The location is superb, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is stylish and modern, and my room was impeccably clean with a comfy bed and well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good, and the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. The hotel also features a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing.

Do recommend as we enjoyed it. Everything is really good here, had a really enjoyable stay on a business trip. The employees are competent and really helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, and the location is excellent next to restaurants and seafront, North Face store and the centre of all the things to see.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all major attractions and surrounded by luxury shops. The check-in process was quick, and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, even with my limited Japanese. The room, though small, was immaculate and cozy, offering a great view of the mountains. The breakfast spread had plenty of options, and the fast Wi-Fi in the room was a nice touch for my needs.

Location: the hotel was not far from the entertainment center of Kobe, and the main train station as well as Sannomiya. I greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was great. Friendly professional staff, as it had to be...

Comfortable and incredible location, 15 minutes' walk to a sightseeing tower. Incredible breakfast selection of good things. Friendly professional and very professional people working here.

The staff were amazingly nice and superbly friendly. Our double room was fashionable and perfect. the location in a fairly quiet area was great with department shops and a market nearby. the hotel was not very far from an Asian supermarket. Loved the attached restaurant onsite.

Good breakfast with a wide array of options. Extremely comfy bed in double room with central heating and an electronic key card. Magnificent and incredible location, so close to Prada stores and a cruise ship.

The private parking was nearby and the service was exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed and brand-new, with twin beds. the hotel had a central position right by the centre of all the things to see, such as the train station, business district, shopping streets, Kobe port.

The room had a smart layout, even though the amenities were not the best.

This place has an amazing location right in the center, close to a subway station, a mall, and a market nearby.
